Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are accepted on G.MARIE merchandise (EXCEPT FOR SALE ITEMS, MADE TO ORDER ITEMS, AND THE LIMITED EDITION HEADBANDS) within 14 days of receipt for domestic
orders and 21 days for international orders. All returned items must be
in its original condition and HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags
attached.

NOTE: Shipping and handling and
customs charges are non-refundable.
Refunds- Refunds will be issued to the original
purchaser’s credit card, excluding shipping costs. All returns must be
quality-inspected by the returns department. Refunds are issued within
5-7 days of this inspection. Refunds cannot be issued for items ordered
using a promotional discount code. Once an exchange is made, the item
cannot be returned for a refund.
Exchanges- All exchanges must be quality-inspected
by our returns department. Items must not be damaged and have all
original tags still attached. Once an item for exchange is processed,
the new item will ship to the customer within 3 business days. |
