How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Domestic Shipping (USA): Domestic orders are shipped insured using USPS Priority mail (2-3 days), unless Express Mail (1-2 days) is requested. A tracking number will be emailed after package is shipped. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO.

International Shipping: USPS Express mail International (5 days) or Priority mail International (6-10 days) is used for international orders. Cost is based on delivery service, price, insurance and weight of item and destination. Shipping costs can be reviewed during checkout process. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the package has been shipped.

NOTE: G.MARIE is not responsible for any custom fees or duty taxes. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Please contact Customer Service if you have questions on how to return an item.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
 

Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are accepted on G.MARIE merchandise (EXCEPT FOR SALE ITEMS, MADE TO ORDER ITEMS, AND THE LIMITED EDITION HEADBANDS) within 14 days of receipt for domestic orders and 21 days for international orders. All returned items must be in its original condition and HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.

NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable. 

Refunds- Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s credit card, excluding shipping costs. All returns must be quality-inspected by the returns department. Refunds are issued within 5-7 days of this inspection. Refunds cannot be issued for items ordered using a promotional discount code. Once an exchange is made, the item cannot be returned for a refund.

Exchanges- All exchanges must be quality-inspected by our returns department. Items must not be damaged and have all original tags still attached. Once an item for exchange is processed, the new item will ship to the customer within 3 business days.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
